ICM.RUN is the first ICM-focused incubator on Solana, supporting ecosystems such as @believeapp and @MeteoraAG. Our mission is to accelerate high-impact teams entering web3 for the first time.

How It Works
Application Prospective ICM founders apply to join the ICM.RUN incubator.
Mentor Review Applications are shared with a random sample of mentors, who vote and provide feedback.
Acceptance & Commitment Accepted teams commit 1–5% of their total token supply to the DAO treasury.
Incubation Support The General Manager and mentors guide founders via dedicated actioning channels, helping with:
Rollout planning
Go-to-market strategy
Tokenomics and token design
Advisory support from mentors and contributors
Alignment of Incentives
To ensure strong alignment between mentors, contributors, and founders:
DAO Launch: ICM.RUN will launch as a DAO on daos.fun.
Mentor & Contributor Allocation: Each receives a 1:1 DAO token allocation.
Treasury Growth: Each incubated project contributes 1–5% of supply into the DAO treasury.
End-of-DAO Distribution: At the end of the DAO’s cycle, tokens will be claimable 1:1, with the treasury distributed equally among token holders.
This structure guarantees that the success of incubated projects = shared success for the DAO community.
